Your Self During Transition

It is easy to lose your Self during big life transitions - starting a new relationship changing your career or becoming a parent to name a few. Being somewhat lost during a transition is somewhat normal. Losing your Self completely however may leave you wondering “who am I?” This can make you feel lonely, confused, uncertain, and lose energy for activities you once enjoyed. 

Finding your Self again takes deliberate dedication – time spent on your Self, exploring your values, your decisions, your actions, and designing a life that you want to live. Our self guided journals will get you back on track to your authentic, fulfilled and true Self.
