The Creation of Our Journals

“The creation of the True To You Journal series came from the desire and need of wanting something like this for my Self. After having three kids in three years, I lost my Self and was in a fog…not able to see my past anymore and I had difficulty seeing my future. Going through big life changes like having children should change us as we grow and learn and see things in different ways but I was lost to the point that I didn’t know who I was anymore. There were times when I found myself asking “Who am I?” I lost interest in things that I once loved about my Self and I didn’t prioritize things that I used to value. I spent so much time and energy being in this new role as a mother but I wasn’t fulfilled.

What helped me out of this fog was dedicated time and persistent patience focusing on one thing, my Self.

These journals are an opportunity for you to invest in your relationship with your Self. Whether it is the birth of a child, a new relationship, a change in career or another big life transition, these journals will prompt you to explore, reflect and plan your life in all different aspects of your Self to you can remain True To You during this change.  And since gratitude can be one of the most powerful sources of inspiration that any person can tap into, this journal will also guide you in weekly gratitude practice. By using this journal, you will become your own advocate and show your Self a kinder, gentler way to treat the most important person in your life - YOU. With this new confidence in your true and authentic Self, you will then be able to bring your best Self to your life and to those around you.

The research, passion and practices in this journal is the type of support that I wish I had years ago as I became a mother or during other life transitions I went through.  I hope you find as much value and enjoyment in these journals during your life transition as I did putting it together.  You got this!“
