Navigating life’s transitions can bring a wide range of emotions and feelings. The True To You Journal Series provides guided support through life’s big transitions to help reduce stress, increase resilience and sustain your health and emotional well-being. Each journal has 40 chapters of guidance prompts to reflect, discover and grow to help you be your best Self for you and for everyone you love. Within each journal there are topics that engage you to reflect on the 10 parts of your Self: Interpersonal, Emotional, Mental, Community, Professional, Spiritual, Fiscal, Intellectual, Physical and Environment. Each version below has specific areas that dig in deeper a well:

  • In Motherhood: As a mother, it is often times easy to put others first.  This journal helps you stay true to (or rediscover) your true Self through topics designed to hep you focus on your Self in all areas, such as: sleep, community support, nutrition, mom-identity, physical fitness, family systems, life purpose, gratitude and goal setting.

  • As a Working Mother: As a working mother, there is another level of balance that you need to maneuver through. This journal helps you stay true to your Self as a working mother by providing topics similar to the In Motherhood journal with an added emphasis on working outside the home, covering topics such as: work/life harmony, mom guilt, authenticity in the workplace, flexible working arrangements, and household optimization.

  • As a New Mother: Motherhood brings on many changes, opportunities, excitement, stress, joys, and worries. It is easy and very necessary to focus your attention, time and energy on nurturing this new life and relationship. During this period, it can be hard to look internally and remember to focus on your Self as well. This journal will provide post partem support to help the new mother ​to find the right balance between taking care of their child and taking care of their Self. Some unique specific topics in this journal are: healing, self care, support systems, your partner and creating a motherhood mission statement.

  • In a Relationship: This journal will assist you in staying true to your Self and in growing your relationship with your partner so both of you can be solid in your connection with one another. This journal is meant for individuals who are in mutually committed relationships. Unique topics in this journal are: values, creating a relationship mission statement, your identity, intimacy and setting boundaries.

  • As a Young Adult: Adolescent years bring on many changes, opportunities, excitement, stress, joys, and worries... which can impact a teen’s Self-identity, beliefs and perspectives. Sometimes this can lead them to question “who am I?” or behave in ways that are not like who they used to be. This journal is for the pre-teen or teenager that to help rediscover or stay true to their Self during potentially challenging years. Unique topics in this journal include: self-doubt, confidence, relationship with your parent(s), school, peer pressure and goal setting.

  • As a Young Athlete: Up to half of girls quit their sport during their teenage years. This journal gives the young athlete perspective on how they can stay true to their self during the joys and challenges of playing a sport. Some unique topics include: teammates, talking to your coach, knowing when to rest, mental training, and goal setting.
